A quick one but a beautiful one. The toppings are straightforward with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, but I went extra heavy on the sauce. I usually prefer white pizzas because of their lightness, but now and then you’ve got to go out of your comfort zone. And this time I went well out of my comfort zone. Almost double the amount I would normally put on a red pizza.
Surprisingly, the pizza didn’t get too heavy to move around and as you can see below it came out quite amazing looking. The leoparding, the crust, the cheese, and the toppings all came out great but, alas, white pizzas still remain the unabashed winner in my book.
Oh and I channeled my Bob’s Burger to take a swing at a punny name. When the time comes to open the restaurant, I hope I have enough puns to fill a menu. People with punny skills, please help me get better at this!
